Every summer, I have a student or two who has been faithful and eager to take steps to grow spiritually, but is unable to attend our summer discipleship program.

This simple two-page tool will help students be intentional about their spiritual growth over the summer and help you, as their discipler, stay connected to them on this part of their journey.
