Bob has been on staff with Cru since graduating college in 1992. After working for 5 years at UW-Madison, he married Jill in 1997 and they went on to lead the Cru ministry at UCLA, then at the University of Minnesota. One more cross-country move brought him back to Southern California where he now makes his home. His current role with Cru involves speaking and teaching, leadership training, and coaching campus leaders. He is also the National Director for Cru's Summer Connect—an international, distributed, online Summer Mission, and is also currently pursuing an MA in Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. Before joining staff with Cru, Bob worked as a cartoonist and radio DJ.
