Charlie is the pastor of The Grove Church in Fayetteville, AR. He and his wife, Heidi, have 3 daughters, Maylee, Lauren, and Laylah. Charlie was on staff with Student Mobilization, a college ministry, for several years and now serves on their board. He has a great passion for seeing parachurch ministries and churches work together to fulfill the Great Commission.
